VISITING LECTURE FOR STUDENTS OF THE CAPITAL

The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a visiting lecture "The Great Era of the Ascent of the Nation" for L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University students.

During the lesson, the lecturer highlighted the conceptual issues of institutionalization of the state, paying special attention to the development of the political system of Kazakhstan at the beginning of the XX century and the activities of Alash leaders, their role and significance in national history.

LECTURE TOUR ON THE EVE OF STATE SYMBOLS DAY OF KAZAKHSTAN

On May 30-31 in the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan excursions-lectures titled "State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan" were held for students of Lyceum No. 77 and Specialized Lyceum No. 82 "Daryn" in Astana.

Thematic lessons on the eve of State Symbols Day were held in the exhibition hall "Achievements of Independent Kazakhstan" of the Museum of the Library of the First President.

THE LIBRARY OF THE FIRST PRESIDENT HANDED OVER ARCHIVAL DOCUMENTS TO THE MUSEUM AND MEMORIAL COMPLEX "ALZHIR"

On the eve of the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repressions and Famines, 18 documents and over 60 books from the Library of the First President of Kazakhstan and the Archive of the President of Kazakhstan were handed over at the Museum and Memorial Complex "ALZHIR".

VISITING LESSON OF THE LIBRARY OF THE FIRST PRESIDENT FOR THE LITTLE ONES

Yesterday, a visiting museum lesson was held for the pupils of the preparatory group of kindergarten No. 87 "Kadyr" in Astana as part of the implementation of the scientific and educational project "Museum and Children (ABC-guides for kids)".

During the lesson, solving riddles and doing different game tasks, future schoolchildren not only consolidate their acquaintance with the alphabet but also learn new words and concepts, as well as through the perception of the world of the museum, they are introduced to cultural and historical values.

TRAINING SEMINARS "NEW KAZAKHSTAN: A FAIR SOCIETY" WERE HELD IN THE CAPITAL

On May 24-25, 2023, employees of the Library of the First President of Kazakhstan held the last trainings seminars before the summer holidays "New Kazakhstan: a fair Society", which were attended by students of the capital’s College of Management, Business and Education and College of Management.

From 10 to 18 May this year, high school students of Almaty and Shymkent schools, as well as students of the Pedagogical College of the International University of Astana and the College of Service and Tourism attended the seminar-trainings.

RESTORATION OF HISTORICAL JUSTICE

On 31 May, Kazakhstan annually celebrates the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repression and Famine. A decree of the First President of the country N.A. Nazarbayev approved this official commemorative date in 1997.

MUSEUM LESSONS WERE HELD IN THE LIBRARY OF THE FIRST PRESIDENT

On May 23, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted museum lessons on the theme "Institute of Batyrship: traditions, status and armament" for seventh-grade students of the capital's Lyceum School No. 27 and Lyceum School No. 85 named after Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani.

Classes from the cycle "Exhibits have spoken ..." were held in the "Gallery of Glory" hall, where a unique collection of weapons and military equipment from the Library's collections is on display.

A VISITING LECTURE ON THE TOPIC "DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN ARCHIVAL BUSINESS: TRENDS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT" WAS HELD AT THE A.K. KUSAINOV EURASIAN HUMANITARIAN INSTITUTE

A visiting lecture on the topic "Digital technologies in archival business: trends and prospects of development" was held at the A.K. Kusainov Eurasian Humanitarian Institute. The event was attended by 1st-year students of the educational program "Kazakh language and literature" of the Eurasian Humanitarian Institute named after A.K. Kusainov.

VISITING LECTURE FOR STUDENTS OF "TURAN" COLLEGE

In the framework of the scientific and educational program of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a visiting lecture "Islam in Kazakhstan: history, problems and prospects" was held for students of the capital college "Turan".

Special attention was paid to the role of Islam in the formation of the spirituality and culture of the Kazakh people.
