The library actively participates in social and political life of Kazakhstan, organizes regularly different cultural, educational and socially significant actions and programs, which purpose is to acquaint the general public, first of all, youth, with the ideas and initiatives of the First President of Kazakhstan – Elbassy, promotion his politicians, forming of feelings of the Kazakhstan patriotism.
