Conference organizers: Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy and the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation. The event is supported by the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan city Akimat.

On December 10, 2021, at 4 pm, a meeting with the first builders of the capital, Nur-Sultan, will take place in the museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy (A. Bokeikhan, 1A).
The event is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is timed to coincide with a memorable date: December 10, 1997, a new main city of the country was announced.

On December 9, 2021, at 11: 00 in the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy (11 Beybitshilik street) in the framework of the project of the Library of Elbasy "The Kazakhstan way" will be held a presentation of the book "El zhane Elbasy" prepared by JSC "Republican newspaper "Egemen Kazakhstan" and opening of the photo exhibition "Sovereignty and Elbasy" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

On December 8 this year at 11.00 in the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy (11 Beibitshilik str) will open the exhibition "Historical Сhoice. The Era of Independence". 

On December 3, at 15.00 in the Library of Elbasy (1A A.Bokeikhan Street), an award ceremony will be held for the winners of republican contests of scientific articles among master's and doctoral students "Kazakhstan in the global world: ways to increase national competitiveness" and research projects among schoolchildren "Independent Kazakhstan and Elbasy".

On November 30, 2021 at 11.00 in the Art Gallery of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy (A. Bokeikhan str., 1a), the opening ceremony of the personal exhibition of the Honored worker of Kazakhstan, a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurzhan Karymsakov "Son of the Great Steppe" will take place.

On November 29 at 11.00 in the Elbasy Library (A. Bokeikhan str. 1A) a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners and prize-winners of the International creative competition "Intimate strings of the soul ..." / "Konildin asyl pernesi ..." dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan will take place.

On November 23, 2021, at 17.00, a delegation of the TURKPA Secretariat headed by General Secretary Mehmet Sureyya Er will visit the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy (A. Bokeikhan str., 1A).

Within the framework of the visit, a Memorandum of Cooperation will be signed between the Elbasy Library and the Parliamentary Assembly of turkic-speaking states (TURKPA).

The event will be attended by deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The exhibition was prepared from the thematic group "portraits" of the collections of fine art objects and tableware of the museum collection of the Elbasy Library. It is no coincidence that the exhibition opens on the eve of the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, bringing new colors and touches to the understanding of the phenomenon of the personality of Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev.
