SIGNING OF THE MEMORANDUM BETWEEN THE ELBASY LIBRARY AND TURKPA

On November 23, 2021, at 17.00, a delegation of the TURKPA Secretariat headed by General Secretary Mehmet Sureyya Er will visit the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy (A. Bokeikhan str., 1A).

Within the framework of the visit, a Memorandum of Cooperation will be signed between the Elbasy Library and the Parliamentary Assembly of turkic-speaking states (TURKPA).

The purpose of signing the Memorandum is cooperation between the Turkic people in order to implement joint cultural, educational and research projects in support of the development of interaction between the member states of TURKPA, the preservation and development of the cultural and historical heritage, languages, traditions, spiritual values ​​of the Turkic people.

The Memorandum will be signed by the Director of the Elbasy Library Bakytzhan Temirbolat and the General Secretary of TURKPA Mehmet Sureyya Er.
