TEMIRBOLAT  BAKYTZHAN BERIKBAYULY

Temirbolat Bakytzhan Berikbayuly was born on December 10, 1972.

In 1998, he graduated with distinction from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in political science.

In the same year, he began his career at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a researcher.

In 2000, he was offered a job in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2000-2006 - Consultant, chief expert, head of the sector of the Department of Internal Policy, chief inspector of the Information and Analytical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2006-2007 - Senior inspector of the Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2007-2018 - Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2018-2019 - Head of the General Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2019-2020 - Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On December 29, 2020, he was appointed Deputy Director of the State Institution "Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy".

On January 15, 2021, he was appointed Director of the State Institution "Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy".

In 2010, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of political sciences on the topic "Political representation of interests in the system of public administration: evolution and modernity (on the example of the Republic of Kazakhstan)". He is a co-author of the following editions "Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan: formation, role in reforms, prospects" in 3 books, "Asian Breakthrough", "Nazarbayev Model", a multi-volume series "Chronicle of the activities of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev", as well as the author of numerous scientific articles.

He was awarded the orders "Kurmet" (2009), "Parasat" (2016), jubilee medals.
