In the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, a lecture "Kazakhstan is a space harbor of the Earth" was held for students of the capital Lyceum-school No. 85, organized within the project "New Kazakhstan: our future is in our hands".

Sagintay Berdagulova, a leading researcher of the Special Projects Service, began the lesson by citing the Constitutional Law "On State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated December 16, 1991: "The Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expressing the will of the people of Kazakhstan, recognizing the priority of individual rights and freedoms enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, confirming the right of the Kazakh nation to self-determination, proceeding from the determination to create a civil society and the rule of law, conducting a peaceful foreign

The Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum holds art exhibit 
Hoover Heads features a selection of original artwork from numerous amateur and professional artists and their attempts at capturing the likeness of Herbert Hoover. Exhibit includes sketches, drawings, paintings, caricatures, and sculptures from the museum’s collections, many that were given to Hoover himself. The exhibit opened on February 26, 2022 and runs through May 1, 2022.

In the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for students of the capital's school "Binom-School Tanym" a lesson-excursion was held on the topic "The Electoral System in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

February 24 this year in the art gallery of the Elbasy Library, a personal exhibition of the Kazakh artist Gulmaral Tatibayeva "Thought-forms" has opened. The exhibition was organized as part of the “Cultural Code of Independence” project.
Gulmaral Tatibaeva is a graduate of KazNAA named after T. Zhurgenov, a member of the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan, the Eurasian Union of Designers and the Eurasian Creative Guild.

An online lecture for students of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin was conducted by researchers from the Library of the First President of Kazakhstan.
The lecture was devoted to the history of the formation and development of the statehood of Kazakhstan.
Particular attention was paid to the activities of "Alashorda" and its leadership, who united well-known Kazakh intellectuals around themselves at the beginning of the 20th century and laid the foundations for constitutional state building in the Kazakh steppe. 

In the Library of the First President of Kazakhstan, a new season of training seminars "New Kazakhstan: to the nation of creators" has started. The first listeners of the seminar were high school students of the capital's lyceums No. 71, 82, 87 and gymnasium school No. 47.
During the online training, lectures “State independence is the national idea of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Modernization of the economy and a new quality of life”, “Kazakhstan in world history”, “Creation is the key to the competitiveness of the nation” were held.

Today, February 16, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy hosted the opening of the Children's Art Festival "My Kazakhstan - my land", dedicated to the Year of Children in Kazakhstan. The event was organized jointly with the Children's Art School - UNESCO Club of Nur-Sultan as part of the Elbasy Library's project "View from childhood".

The book collection of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was enriched with "The Fate and Legacy of Chokan Valikhanov" by Zharas Yermekbayev. 
The work in Kazakh and Russian is dedicated to the outstanding son of the Kazakh people Chokan Valikhanov, who went down in history as a traveler and scientist, whose scientific heritage remains relevant to the present. 

Today, at a meeting of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President K.K. Tokayev presented the candidacy of the new Prime Minister and announced the main directions of the country's economic and political transformation.
During this difficult period for independent Kazakhstan, the Head of State made timely and correct decisions to stabilize the situation in the country and return the people to a peaceful life as soon as possible.
