On 27 December, the fourth meeting of the Scientific Council of the Library of Elbassy was held, at which the work results for 2018 were summed up.
Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Council, First Deputy Director of the Library Elbassy Amerkhan Rakhimzhanov, opening the meeting noted the importance and relevance of scientific research on the performance and global initiatives of the Head of our state, not only for Kazakhstan, but also for foreign researchers and readers: "An objective analysis of the unique historical path that Kazakhstan passed during the years of independence, led by Nursultan Nazarbayev, is in demand today throughout the world as a scientific description of a unique model of public administration that caused our country's unprecedented socio-economic and socio-political successes in a short period of time".
During the meeting, the annual report of the Library's scientific program "The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy: strategy of public administration and the phenomenon of leadership" was heard and approved.
After discussion and suggestions by the members of the Scientific Council, the monograph "Peacemaking activities of the President" was recommended for publication. Nazarbayev in the conditions of globalization", "Collection of scientific works of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy", monograph "The Idea of Mangilik El: yesterday, today, tomorrow", a catalog of interviews and video documents of colleagues of the Head of state, collections of round-table reports held in the cities of Atyrau and Aktobe as part of the mobile exhibition project of the Elbassy Library "N.Nazarbayev: Epoch, Personality, Society", a collection of scientific papers on the results of the international roundtable, "Ensuring security and stability in Central Asia (as part of the Year of Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan)", an album based on materials from the Elbasy Library Foundation "Enselі el madenieti".
