CONFERENCE, DEDICATED TO 85TH ANNIVERSARY OF DISTINGUISHED POLITICIAN AND STATE WORKER GEIDAR ALIYEV

 In the frameworks of international cooperation conference dedicated to 85th anniversary of national leader of Azerbaijan, distinguished politician and state worker of Geidar Aliyev was held in the Museum of the First President of RK on May 10.
    Organizers were National Democratic party "Nur Otan", Association of Friendship and Culture “Kazakhstan - Azerbaijan”, embassy of Azerbaijan in Kazakhstan and the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Conference was opened by solemn speech of director of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Sagyngaly.
Vice-speaker of Upper House Mukhambet Kopey, deputy of Mazhilis of Parliament of RK Ural Mukhamedzhanov appeared with a speech at the conference.
In the process of the conference took a part such persons as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kazakhstan Lyatif Seifeddin ogly Gandilov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russian Federation Mikhail Bocharnikov, Extraordinary Ambassador and Plenipotentiary representative of Islamic Republic of Afganistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan Aziz Arianfar, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Georgia in RK Zurab Shurgaiya.
     Deputies of Parliament, heads of the foreign embassies, representatives of the party “Nur Otan”, public associations and national and cultural centers, also professors and students of IHE appeared with the reports about variable aspects of the activity of G. Aliyev and modern political processes in Azerbaijan.
Geidar Aliyev headed country for several decades; he is recognized as one of the bright politician of the last century, founder of the independence of Azerbaijan. Contribution of Geidar Aliyev in the establishing of relations between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan is great.

 

During conference there was holding a work by three sections in the following directions:

• "President and institution of the presidency: home and world experience".
• "Рersonality and society".
• "Museums as the centres of studying and propaganda of the role of individual in the history".
