ANKARA WILL HOST THE EXHIBITION «KAZAKHSTAN WAY. TURKIC UNITY»

On November 5, 2021, at 3 pm at the National Library under the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey (Ankara) The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy together with the Academy of Elbasy with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Turkey and the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey will held the grand opening of the exhibition “The Kazakhstan Way. Turkic unity”.

The main purpose of the exhibition, which consists of sections: "Country of the Great Steppe: between the Past and the Future"; "Kazakhstan way"; "Turkic unity" is to show the main stages of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a result of the implementation of the concept of modern Kazakhstan statehood of Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev.

The exhibition will present materials from the archives, book, and museum funds of the Library of Elbasy - more than 400 storage units, including items from the collection of clothing, weapons, military and horse equipment, jewelry, artifacts on the history of Kazakhstan at various stages of the war for independence. Among them, for instance, the Kazakh saber, bracelets and rings of the 19th century.

On the same day, at 4 pm, the International Conference "The Turkic World: History, Present, Future" will begin with the participation of prominent political and public figures of Kazakhstan and Turkey, including the Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy B. Temirbolat, Director of the National Library under the Administration of the President of Turkey A. Tuglu, Managing Director of the Corporate Fund "Academy of Elbasy" A. Zhangozin, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Turkey A. Saparbekuly, Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States B. Amreyev, Secretary General of TURKSOY D. Kaseinov, vice-president of the International Turkic Academy F. Majidli, Secretary General of TURKPA M. S. Er, President of Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation G. Afandiyeva, and others.  

As part of the events, the Library of Elbasy will sign memorandums of cooperation with the National Library under the Administration of the President of Turkey and the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States.
