«ENERGY SILK ROAD: RESULTS AND PROSPECTS OF OIL AND GAS COOPERATION IN CENTRAL ASIA» international scientific conference proceedings

On September 29 this year, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy hosted the International Scientific Conference "Energy Silk Road: Results and Prospects of Oil and Gas Cooperation in Central Asia", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The idea to convene the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) belongs to the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev.

In his speech on October 5, 1992 at the 47th session of the United Nations General Assembly, N.A. Nazarbayev put forward an initiative to create a dialogue platform to strengthen security and interconnectedness in Asia. This was the first speech of Nursultan Nazarbayev at the UN, of which Kazakhstan became a member on March 2, 1992.

The proposed index - continuation of the bio-bibliography series of scientists of Kazakhstan - is dedicated to the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev.
The bio-bibliography includes materials describing the life and work of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy in Kazakh, Russian and English, his publications and literature about him.

The collection includes materials from the best museum lessons. Scenarios proposed by different subject teachers in the educational space are recommended for use in the classroom and outside the classroom.

The scientific and stock collection was prepared as part of the promotion of the museum collection of the Elbasy Library. The publication presents information
about exhibits from various groups of museum collections, which reflects the history of the formation and development of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan. Each article is provided with photo illustrations of the exhibits.

The scientific collection was developed within the framework of the scientific project of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy "the phenomenon of leadership and the political legacy of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev". In the scientific collection dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the process of emergence, development and implementation of the ideas of the constitutional system in the Republic of Kazakhstan is illuminated by historical photographs and traditional documents of the fund of the Library of the Elbasy, museum exhibits.
The publication is intended for students and students, teachers, museum workers, researchers, and a wide readership.

The book-album is the third, expanded and revised edition of systematized data on the collection of the highest state awards of N.A. Nazarbayev. The previous editions of 2002 and 2007 provided information about state and public awards illustrating the directions of state, political and public activities of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy.

The third book of the publication includes memories of famous state and public figures. Elbasy's contemporaries reflect in their memoirs on the diversified creative activity and unique personal qualities, organizational talent of the First President. In addition, the publication tells about the historical role of Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev in the current successes of independent Kazakhstan as a creative leader.

The book is addressed to teachers, students, employees of museums, libraries, research scientists and a wide range of readers.
