Science program “The First President and the further development of independent Kazakhstan”.

The contemporary history of the Republic of Kazakhstan connected with the formation and strengthening of the independent state, is full of epoch-making and at the same time dramatic events. Thanks to them Kazakhstan headed for creation of the democratic society based on liberal market economy.
      Independence allowed to revive sovereign statehood, to carry out large-scale reforms, to prove the solvency and ability to independent development. All these innovations are connected with the name and activity of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev.
      The purpose of this project consists in studying and showing of the role of N.A. Nazarbayev in sovereignty strengthening, revival and strengthening of independent statehood of new Kazakhstan in the new world.
 

    The project is directed to the following problem solving:
      1. research of the main directions of domestic policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in years of revival and strengthening of independent statehood, further development of the republic in the new millennium;
      2. identification of the main tendencies of political processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
      3. analysis and propaganda of the historical role of N.A. Nazarbayev in these processes;
      4. initiatives of the Head of the state in the development of Astana.

  The radical changes in the social development as a result of the political and social-economic transformations, which are carried out in Kazakhstan since the beginning of the 90th years of the XX century, caused essential changes in the national and the socio-cultural sphere of the religious relations. A modern religious situation in Kazakhstan, a variety of the problems arising in relationship of the state, society and religious associations, cause need of increase of attention of the state and society to new realities in the religious sphere.
      In Strategy «Kazakhstan – 2030» the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev told: «Our task consists in destroying old and to prevent emergence of new barriers which create difficulties on the way to unity, irrespective of on what these barriers are based – habits, attachments, special interests, prejudiced relation, religion, age community or other factors».
      The purpose of the project is studying of Kazakhstan experience of the interfaith and interethnic consent, the role of the Head of the state in formation of model of tolerant and harmonious society.
 

    The project is directed to the following problem solving:
      1. studying of Kazakhstan experience of intercultural and inter-religious dialogue and partnership;
      2. identification of the key factors promoting efficiency of carried-out policy, directed to harmonization of relationship between ethnos.

   For years of independence the Republic of Kazakhstan was included into system of the international relations, developed the foreign policy, and realized national interests. The leading role in formation of foreign policy of Kazakhstan belongs to the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev.
      The principle of multi-vector policy became the main priority of the foreign policy of the Head of the state. On the basis of the multi-vector for years of independence there was a steady system of foreign policy priorities of Kazakhstan. Ideas and initiatives of the First President of the country, urgency and nature of integration processes develop constantly and filled with the new contents corresponding to new realities of the modern world.
      The purpose of this project consists in studying and showing the role of the Head of the state in formation of strategy of multi-vector policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and strengthening of its foreign policy authority.

      The project is directed to the following problem solving:
      1. studying of stages of formation and development of the international relations and foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the historical role of the Head of the state in construction of foreign policy strategy of the country;
      2. the analysis of the main ideas of the Head of the state for construction of system measures for providing national security;
      3. disclosure of the historical role and the place of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of globalization.

    In the world there are some examples when prosperity of this or that state directly connects with the name of one person. As a rule, they are outstanding persons who thank to own exclusiveness managed to direct public energies to construction of bases of new statehood and provided to the native land a worthy place in the world community. Among these prominent politicians – is Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev.
      Kazakhstan took a worthy place in the world community under the direct leadership of the First President of the country. It became possible thanks to the essential economic and political successes reached as a result of cardinal transformations in the state, providing foreign policy guarantees of safety, development of the friendly international relations.
      Nursultan Nazarbayev is one of the brightest leaders of the present time. Time only strengthened authority of N.A. Nazarbayev, and his political portrait represents the statesman authoritative both in the homeland, and abroad. The president of Kazakhstan created image of the active politician of the international level.
      The purpose of this project is studying and showing of views of the world community on multifaceted activity of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev.

      The project is directed to the following problem solving:
      1. studying of views of world and domestic community to the activity of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the international scene;
      2. the analysis of the relation of the world community to integration initiatives of the Head of the state;
      3. selection of materials of foreign mass media about activity of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev.

The problem of studying of political leadership today is one of the political processes most actual for the analysis. It is considered that the leader qualities which are so necessary today for each person, are put and originally brought up in a family and school. It makes actual a problem of studying of educational potential of a family and school in formation of the identity of the leading child, because a family and school are the institutes interested in education of leader qualities at a teenager and capable to make it. Their actions and the role in many respects will predetermine the personal qualities of future leader.
      It is very high and continues to raise the interest to the identity of the Leader of Kazakhstan – the President of the country N.A. Nazarbayev. At the same time there is a deficiency of basic applied researches of his course of life. Value of the experience of N.A. Nazarbayev is that actually he offered unique methodology of formation of the identity of the Leader of the nation in the conditions of national specifics of Kazakhstan.
      The purpose of the scientific project is definition of the role of a family, school and other social institutes in formation of leader qualities of a person.

      The project is directed to the following problem solving:
      1. carrying out pedagogical, social, historical and political researches, scientific-research expeditions, the comparative analysis of sociological datum of last years, republican poll of image of the President;
      2. carrying out the master classes, open lessons, lectures, seminars, round tables and conferences, organization and carrying out scientific and practical seminars on the theme: «Conditions of formation of leader qualities in family, school and other social institutes».
