ROUND TABLE "SPACE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SERVICE OF HUMANITY"

On May 21 at 15.00 in the building of the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy on the right bank (Beibitshilik str, 11) a round table "Space technologies in the service of humanity" will be held. The event was organized as part of a public program on the platform of the previously opened international exhibition "Earth, bow to man!"

Domestic scientists, experts in the field of space research and biotechnology, partners of the "Earth, bow to man!" exhibition will take part in the round table. Among them are the Head of the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Kazakhstan Alexey Koropchenko, Chairman of the Board of JSC “National Center for Space Research and Technologies”, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization and the Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Nurguzhin, General Director of the RSE “National Center for Biotechnology”, Professor of Nazarbayev University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Ramankulov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the JSC “Republican Center for Space Communication” Shokan Svoguzov, Deputy Director of the Subsidiary LLP “Astrophysical Institute named after V.G. Fesenkov ” Rashit Valiullin and others. The discussion will be moderated by the director of the Elbasy Library Bakytzhan Temirbolat.

Participants and listeners will be able to familiarize themselves with reports on modern technologies for space monitoring of agriculture, emergencies, the environment; achievements and prospects of the Institute of Space Engineering and Technology; scientific programs of experiments of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the ISS; realities and prospects of space communications in Kazakhstan.

Before the start of the event, an excursion will take place in the “Dome” hall, where materials from the third section of the exhibition “Earth. Time for the first! " with a chronicle of the first steps of mankind in outer space, about breakthroughs in space science and the exploits of Kazakhstan’s cosmonauts.
