OPENING OF EXHIBITIONS ON THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE

On November 28, 2016 at 15:00, the Library of the Leader of the Nation will host the opening ceremony of a cycle of events dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 25th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event will be attended by the Secretary of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulshara Abdykalikova, the Acting Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader of the Nation, the head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mahmud Kasymbekov, as well as prominent political and public figures of the country, MPs, representatives of government agencies and the media.

Exhibitions will be presented during the event. Historical documents, photographs from the personal archive of the Head of State in the expositions "The Path of the Leader", "Independent Kazakhstan - a stable country". Visitors will see books from Elbasy's personal library at the N.A. Nazarbayev is the founder of Independent Kazakhstan”, “Autograph in memory of the Leader of the Nation”, “Chronicle of the Independence of a sovereign country”. Of particular value is the exhibition "The Leader Recognized by the World", which presents the highest awards of foreign states of Nursultan Nazarbayev.

On the same day, the opening of an exhibition of paintings by a cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurzhan Karymsakov "Country of the Great Steppe" will take place.
In addition, within the framework of the Cycle, cultural and sports events, film screenings, master classes, literary and musical evenings will be organized in the Library of the Leader of the Nation.

All festive events in the Library of the Leader of the Nation will last until December 23.
