On October 1 this year at 17.00 in the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy (Bokeikhan str., 1A), the grand opening of the personal exhibition of the artist Dinara Kadyrova "Umai Lullaby" will take place.
The exhibition was organized within the framework of the project of the Library of Elbasy "Cultural Code of Independence", focused on showing the creativity of original authors who form a recognizable country code, and is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main theme and source of inspiration for the author's creative research is women, motherhood, childhood, as well as the traditional culture of the Kazakhs and Turkic culture. Hence the name of the exhibition "Umai Lullaby" - a dedication to the goddess Umai - the patroness of women and children. The artist is also concerned about environmental problems, global cataclysms related to climate change, preservation and protection of the environment, she also tries to reflect these topics in her artworks.
The exhibition "Lullaby Umai" is the first personal exhibition of Dinara Kadyrova, where the best works collected over the eight years of her work will be presented.

About the author: Dinara Kadyrova was born and raised in Almaty. She received art education at the art school and college at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov, then at the academy itself. Even during her studies, the artist's works were published in the UNESCO collections. As a gifted student, she took part in a meeting with the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev. In 2012, a design project for a city cafe, created by a young artist, received the Time Out Restaurant Award in the Concept of the Year nomination. The diploma series of graphic works by D. Kadyrova dedicated to the cities of the Great Silk Road was exhibited at the Astana Design Week 2013, dedicated to the Day of the First President. Fascinated by the art of art photography, she successfully participated in competitions and exhibitions in photography. D. Kadyrova's works are held in private collections of Kazakhstan and abroad. |
