KAZAKHSTAN - CHINA: HORIZONS OF COOPERATION

On October 31 at 14:00, the Analytical Center of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader of the Nation (Nazarbayev Center) in partnership with the Kazakhstan Center for Chinese Studies (Astana) and the Institute of Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the CAON (Beijing) is holding an international scientific conference on the theme "Eurasian geo-economics: from conjugation to cooperation".

The event was organized within the framework of cooperation between Kazakhstani and Chinese expert communities. Before a wide public audience of Kazakhstan, leading Chinese experts will be able to present the position and vision of the PRC on the development and implementation of the major trans-Eurasian project "Economic Belt of the Silk Road", announced in 2013 by the President of the PRC Xi Jinping within the walls of the "Nazarbayev University" in Astana .

Leading experts from the Institute of Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Song Li, Pang Dapeng, Zhang Ning and others will speak to the guests of the event.

The conference will be held in the already traditional format of an open interactive discussion, when participants can ask any questions of interest to the speakers.
