The Library of Elbasy announces an open republican creative competition among students of secondary schools “Innermost strings of the soul: songwriting by N.A. Nazarbayev". The competition is held jointly with the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy and the Palace of Schoolchildren. M. Utemisova.
Goals and objectives of the competition:
- actualization of song creativity as one of the phenomenal means of embodying national and universal experience;
– propaganda and popularization of N.A. Nazarbayev as the richest resource for personality formation;
- the formation of value orientations of young students in the light of the spiritual, moral and cultural traditions of Kazakhstani society;
– identification and support of young gifted performers in various genres of musical art.
The competition is held in the following nominations: “Babamnan kalgan ken dala” (performing author’s songs by N.A. Nazarbayev), “On the wave of our President’s favorite songs” (performing N.A. Nazarbayev’s favorite songs), author’s composition on a patriotic theme with accompaniment (accompanist , own accompaniment or instrumental phonogram).
Students of general education schools of the republic, solo and collective vocal groups (duets, trios, quartets) of two age categories can take part in the competition: from 12 to 14 years old and from 16 to 18 years old.
Applications are accepted until November 10, 2017. The final of the competition, announcement and awarding of the winners will take place on November 27, 2017 in Astana.
